At KeelWorks, I supported KeelWings, KeelMate, and KeelMaster, workforce development initiatives focused on skill-building, career readiness, and practical experience. I applied project management skills by coordinating deliverables across 5+ cross-functional teams, tracking weekly milestones, managing task dependencies, and ensuring timely execution across parallel workstreams. My work involved using structured planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication to improve workflow visibility and keep program goals aligned with execution while contributing to initiatives impacting hundreds of participants.
FlareSight – AI for Space Weather Forecasting
As the Project Manager for FlareSight at NASA L'Space Academy, I played a key role in coordinating a multidisciplinary team through planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and cross-functional collaboration during the development of an AI-based space weather forecasting concept for Solar Particle Emission (SPE) events. I applied project management skills through structured scheduling, risk tracking, deliverable alignment, and documentation management to keep technical and program goals synchronized across the team. Our project idea was shortlisted in the Top 5 among 50–60 teams, representing nearly 250–300 students, reflecting the strength of our execution, clarity of strategy, and ability to translate a complex technical challenge into a high-impact solution. This recognition highlighted my ability to contribute to high-performing teams, manage competing priorities, and support innovation in a competitive environment.
BioStabilizier IoT Medical Device
Led end-to-end project delivery for an IoT-based rehabilitation device, managing cross-functional teams across engineering, R&D, and regulatory using Agile methodologies and Jira-based sprint planning. Drove iterative prototyping and stakeholder alignment, improving device accuracy by 18% and informing key product decisions. Developed roadmap, risk mitigation strategies, and validation metrics that supported a successful NSF SBIR Phase I proposal, positioning the product for $1M+ Phase II commercialization

Led cross-functional program delivery for NationsBenefits’ Flex Card ecosystem, coordinating integration timelines and API specifications across Aetna, FIS, and retail partners to enable real-time benefit validation for OTC, hearing aid, vision, and medically-tailored meal purchases. Managed dependencies across 3 concurrent initiatives, delivering C-suite dashboards that tracked adoption metrics and compliance milestones. Designed and executed program governance for a $3M global logistics optimization initiative, building integrated master schedules with 50+ milestones and mapping dependencies across 30+ system integrations. Coordinated resourcing and delivery for 200+ engineers across regions using Gantt-based planning and risk mitigation frameworks.
